These terms apply to products purchased through the online shop. Restaurant bookings and tailored proposals for events, styling and other services are also subject to the specific terms provided before booking or acceptance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Product pages describe the items and available variants. Images illustrate the products; screen colours may differ. Variations inherent to handmade products do not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.
Prices are in euros. Applicable taxes, discounts and delivery charges are shown in the order summary before you place your order. Check items, quantities, variants and contact details before confirming payment. You will receive an order summary by email; keep it together with these terms.
For corrections, cancellations or an invoice, contact us promptly with your order number. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you to agree on a solution or refund the amount paid. We will not substitute a product without your consent.
You may use the payment methods offered at checkout. The total and payment conditions are displayed before confirmation. Payments are processed by the payment providers integrated with the platform.
Standard shipping within Italy costs €10 and is free on orders over €150. Estimated delivery is 2–6 working days. Free collection is also available at Via Pompeo Magno 12C, Rome. Checkout shows the options available for your items and address. Local flower deliveries are limited to the municipality of Rome.
Contact us about delivery delays or problems. If an item or parcel is damaged, let us know and, where possible, keep photographs of the damage and packaging to help us handle your request. This does not limit your statutory rights.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Email hello@theappuntamento.it with your order number and the items you wish to return. Return shipping is paid by the customer; alternatively, return the purchase in person at our premises in Rome. Pack products carefully to protect them in transit.
Refunds are normally processed within approximately 10 days of receiving the return. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, mandatory deadlines and procedures take precedence: reimbursement within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, with the right to withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise without extra cost. For withdrawal from the entire order, the initial standard delivery charge is also refunded; supplements for a more expensive delivery option you selected are excluded.
Our 30-day return policy is additional to statutory rights. Defective or non-conforming goods are covered by the legal guarantee; the relevant remedies are not conditional on paying the cost of an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods, the seller is responsible for non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Depending on the statutory conditions, remedies include repair or replacement free of charge and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
