Some celebrations begin with “let’s keep it small” and end with a rather exciting guest list. The Appuntamento is a restaurant and cocktail bar in Rome’s Prati neighbourhood, hosting private parties for up to 50 seated dinner guests or 130 standing guests. Exclusive-use arrangements and group packages are available throughout the day.

A private party does not have to wait until evening

Breakfast, brunch, afternoon tea, aperitivo, dinner and after-dinner drinks each give a celebration a different rhythm. Start with the time of day: who is coming, how long can they stay, and how would you like them to spend that time together?

A seated dinner or a standing celebration?

  • Seated dinner, up to 50 guests: worth considering when sharing a meal is the focus of the celebration.
  • Standing event, up to 130 guests: a format to discuss when you want guests to mingle and move between conversations.
  • Exclusive use: available through dedicated arrangements, agreed according to date, duration, layout and group size.

These are maximum capacities. The appropriate layout and arrangements are confirmed with the team for your event. A group table and exclusive use are different bookings, so tell us which experience you have in mind.

Food and drinks belong in the plan from the start

Group packages cover breakfast, brunch, tea time, aperitivo, dinner and after dinner. Our Bistrot menus introduce our food and drinks; your group proposal will set out the arrangements, inclusions and prices for your occasion. Include allergies and dietary requirements in your enquiry.

Our Flower Bar and table-setting and floral services are part of The Appuntamento’s world. Ask about availability and a quotation if you would like particular details. The team will explain what is included in your chosen arrangement and what can be added.
